Purpose of this position
To initiate, comply and implement measures, that pertain to occupational health and safety and environment. To meet the company obligations towards employees, customers and the environment by enforcing the set legislations.
The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors. A person with strong leadership character and business/entrepreneurial alignment is required. The incumbent will provide leadership in terms of business strategic plan formulation & implementation; achievement of shareholder’s business targets and guaranteeing a sustainable corporate environment.
