Description

The incumbent reports to the Accountant: Receivables: Windhoek.
 
Purpose of this position:
 
To administer and control the cash received by the company and perform administration duties timely and accurately.
 
Job competencies include:
  • Receipt of payments
  • Banking
  • Administration
 
Educational Requirements/Experience: 
  • Grade 12 Certificate and a Certificate in Finance or related Qualification.
  • 1 Year Working Experience in the financial administration or related field with exposure to debtors and creditors function.
Personal Competencies:
 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical experience of accounting systems, i.e. Accpac, Oracle or any other
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Analytical, decisive and problem solving skills
  • Able to plan, organize and prioritize work activities and use time efficiently 
  • Good records management, filling and retrieval ability
  • Ability to handle the pressure, Multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate Aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ethical conduct and high integrity
  • Reliability and honesty
