The incumbent reports to the Senior Accountant: Accounts Receivable: Windhoek.
Purpose of this position:
To ensure that the rental recurring batch are updated monthly for correct billing and records all the turnovers and concessions spreadsheet for all the accounts as required per the lease agreements.
To support the accounting systems functioning by providing ad hoc support during special projects and investigations.
Job competencies include:
Debtors Invoice: Rental & Concessions
Debtors Turnovers investigations and special projects support
Debtors Collection: Turnover Rental/ Concessions
National Diploma in Accounting,
3 years working experience in the financial accounting fielD
Good writing and communication skills
Analytical, decisive and problem solving skills
Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies
Ethical conduct and high integrity
Customer service orientation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to handle the pressure of regular deadlines
Reliability and honesty
