NAC REFUTES INFORMANTÉ ARTICLE PUBLISHED ON 24 APRIL 2008
Namibia Airports Company Limited (NAC) refutes the contents of the article published by
the Informanté newspaper in its 24th April 2008 edition, captioned “NAC board gravy
plane to US” and “NAC directors blow 500,000.00 on final jaunt”.

Despite the reporter having been advised of the existence of a Co-operation Agreement
between Houston Airport System and NAC, this is not referred to at all. This Co-operation
Agreement which envisages the exchange of information and experiences aimed at
developing airport systems is the reason for the trip undertaken by the NAC CEO and its
directors.
