NAC MAKES DONATION IN AID OF FLOOD VICTIMS IN NORTHERN NAMIBIA

CEO, Mr Vemunjengua Kavari handing over cheque to Namibia Red  Cross Society Secretary General, Ms Dorkas Kapembe-Haiduwa.

The Namibia Red Cross Society (NRCS) was presented with a cheque amounting to  N$ 15 000 by NAC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vemunjengua Kavari at a handing over ceremony held at the NRCS Offices on 26th March 2008.

The NAC was amongst ten other Namibian corporate entities that made donations towards this cause.

Mr. Kavari, in his address said “the NAC as a Namibian corporate citizen is extending a helping hand to fellow citizens that are affected by the floods.”

 Kavari stressed that it is NAC’s intention to remain a strong catalyst for improving the quality of life of Namibians in dire need of assistance citing floods victims.

The NAC was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by the NRCS Secretary General, Mrs. Dorkas Kapembe-Haiduwa.

The donation is in aid of those affected by the flood in Northern Namibia.
