The Board consists of not less than three and not more than five members, the majority of whom shall not be from the Public Service. The primary objective of the Board is to formulate policies and strategies that guide the company towards attaining its vision and mission.
The Board has three sub-committees namely the Audit, Remuneration, and the Investment Committees respectively.
General Managers
Five General Managers who report to the CEO heads the following departments:
• Operations and Engineering
• Commercial Services
• Finance, Administration and Information Technology
• Human Capital Development
• Corporate and Legal Services
The Chief Executive Officer ensures that resolutions taken by the Board of Directors are fully implemented and that the
NAC strategy is implemented and intermittently reviewed.
NAC has a capable management team and highly motivated, dedicated staff complement of over 260 members countrywide.
The staff ensures that all operations at the airports are executed with commitment and professionalism. Continuous
training programmes have been initiated and implemented.
